Follow-up for hip replacement
After a hip replacement, most of the recovery happens at home. Patients need clear instructions on mobility and prevention, and the team needs to know quickly about a calf pain or a fever.

What's normal at J+3, as patients see it
“Some swelling of the thigh and bruising are common. Walking with crutches is tiring at first, and the distance increases a little every day.”
Illustrative example. In Melav, each surgeon writes and validates their own instructions and signs to report; this page is not medical advice.
