For surgeons
Follow every patient. Get called only when it matters.
Melav takes over the routine of pre- and post-op follow-up — instructions, check-ins, reminders, questions — and alerts you by SMS as soon as a patient reports a warning sign.
What it replaces
Follow-up calls
Calling every patient at J+1 and J+7 to hear that everything is fine.
Questions to the office
"Can I shower?", "When do I stop the medication?" — the same questions, every day.
Silent patients
The one who doesn't call back, and whom you only hear about at the follow-up visit.
What you get
An SMS when a warning sign is reported
Immediately, with the patient's first name, initial and step. Nothing on quiet days.
A dashboard that starts with what to handle
Alerts, patients to watch and non-responders first, with a call button.
Your protocols, your words
Start from a platform protocol and adapt it freely; your changes are kept when it's updated. Translated into 5 languages for you to review.
MelavIA for practical questions
It answers from your instructions, sends symptoms to the monitoring form and never gives medical advice.
An AI summary of each journey
Trend, key findings and alert items, generated from the patient's answers, with a printable report.
Up and running in an afternoon
Import your patients from your usual Excel file; the AI recognizes the columns without seeing patient data.
Your patient file, step by step
Does it change how I work?
No. You keep your protocols and your patients. Melav sends the messages and collects the answers; you look at the dashboard when you want to, and you're alerted by SMS when it matters.
Can I keep my own instructions?
Yes. You can customize every text, add or hide signs to report, change their severity and order, or write a protocol from scratch. Nothing reaches patients before you publish.
What if I'm in the OR when an alert comes in?
The patient immediately sees a fixed message telling them to call your office, or emergency services if their condition gets worse. The SMS you receive lets you open the file as soon as you're available.
